Who sends your clients’ texts

on Core, one-way appointment texts come from KneadOps' toll-free number (888-667-1480) and start with 'KneadOps:'. On Branded, you get two-way texting from a dedicated number that belongs to your practice only, under your own registration.

Is there really no setup fee? +

Really. We move your clients and history over, set up your booking page, and tune your policies — all included in the monthly price. We'd rather you start calm than nickel-and-dimed.

So what does it actually cost? +

Core is $50 a month. Branded is $100 a month when you want your own domain, email, and phone setup. Both include the small 1% on payments you collect through KneadOps. Card processing is billed at standard rates by our payment partner.

What about AI phone calls, texting, and automation usage? +

Usage-based AI, phone, and texting costs are separate from the monthly plan because they depend on how much you use them. We show that usage clearly in your account, and you can pause AI answering, texting, or other automation if you want to keep usage low.

What does the phone setup actually do? +

The Branded plan can include a dedicated phone number with an AI answering service that sounds friendly, captures the reason for the call, takes messages, and can help clients book while you're with another client.

What if I'm not very techy? +

That's exactly who we built this for. If you can text and check email, you can run KneadOps. And you're never figuring it out alone — a real person sets it up and stays a message away.

Am I locked into a contract? +

No. It's month to month. Cancel anytime, and your client list and history are always yours to take with you.

Do you take a cut of my sales? +

Only the small 1% on what you collect through KneadOps — it grows with you and disappears on a quiet week. There's no per-booking fee on top, and the $50 monthly price never changes with your volume.
