Program and sender
Who sends your clients' texts: on Core, one-way appointment texts come from KneadOps' toll-free number (888-667-1480) and start with 'KneadOps:'. On Branded, you get two-way texting from a dedicated number that belongs to your practice only, under your own registration.
KneadOps sends appointment confirmations and reminders for participating Core practices. Your practice is the business your appointment is with. The Core program does not send marketing messages.
Your optional consent
Text me appointment confirmations and reminders from KneadOps. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Enter your mobile number and check the unchecked consent box on Texting sign-up or your practice’s booking form. Consent is recorded with the practice you select. A web checkbox does not remove an existing STOP block.

Reply STOP to 888-667-1480 to stop texts from this shared number for all participating practices. Only START or UNSTOP removes that block; it does not grant consent for another practice.
KneadOps: You are opted out of texts from this shared number for all participating practices. Reply START to remove this block.
KneadOps: Shared-number block removed. Transactional texts still require opt-in with each practice.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
